Stock Photography Licensing

All images on KINGWONG.COM are available for use (commercial,editorial,web pages,brochures,books,postcards,etc.) through the purchase of a commercial license from me.   I only offer Rights-Managed(RM) licensing.   None of the images on this website had appear on royalty-free CDs. All my online photos are recorded in a database; with each image's past usages filed and can be accessed upon request.   If you are considering in licensing any of the images on this site, follow the directions listed below.

How to license images:

  1. Find the image you are interested in obtaining a license;   if you already have the picture ID, type in the ID in the in-site search box (separate multiple IDs with a space) and enter.   The image(s) will appear on the search page.
  2. Click on the license icon located on top of each thumbnail and on the large image page to open the license page with your selected image.
  3. Fill-in the license-request form near the bottom of the license page to request a price quote.

I will normally reply within a day.   Unless I need further information, I will reply with a price quote base on the information you provided. It is very important that you give as much information on the intended image uses, otherwise the rate will be given for wide uses.   You may either accept my offer or counter-offer.   Once we settled on an accepted number, I will email to you a PDF Contract Agreement Form. The form will need to be signed and fax back to me before I release any images.   Images can be transmitted either through email, downloaded via FTP, or written on CD and mailed to you.   Please read and understand the Copyrights and Terms & conditions before making any transactions.   Click for Print Order for Fine Art Prints details.    Any questions?
